Solutions
“Site instruction booklets are costing us a fortune - we need to keep replacing
them daily because they get wet or damaged. Can you help?”
An unusual request from one of the top 5 house builders in the country. Not previously
a client of print4tomorrow they were referred to us from another happy customer
that had used our ‘solution sourcing’ service before. They had tried laminated cards
but they just weren’t robust enough and kept being damaged and discarded.
Solution
Fortunately for the client, we have experienced this problem before when a luxury
boat builder asked us to supply water resistant manuals for their new boats. Encapsulated
paper was seen as a cheap looking finish and not long-lasting enough, therefore
we sourced a polyester based paper that could be printed normally and felt similar
to normal paper. Plus it was not only water resistant and wipeable, but virtually
tear-proof. Just what our house builder needed and they could even have their sheets
next day once they had placed their order!

Money Saving Tips
“Companies count the cost of 1000’s of wasted business cards every year”
The problem is simple, you’re workforce isn’t static - maybe people don’t work out,
they leave, get married, change offices – the end result is you’re left with a pile
of business cards you can’t use. Not good for your bank balance or the environment.
With digital print you can save money by ordering any number of cards with no minimum
order and you can receive delivery the next day – no need to wait for a group of
people to make the quantities 'cost effective'.
Many people assume that by printing several different employees’ business cards
at the same time conventionally, they will save time and money; this is not the
case.
Digital print is an ideal solution when it comes to business cards as they can be
turned around next day cost effectively, plus you only print the number of cards
you actually require so very little waste. See below for the cost comparison…
