print4tomorrow’s amazing and flexible online services include the option of web2print (web-to-print) which allows for quicker amendment, proofing and printing of material. This significantly reduces your time and monetary costs, whilst still giving you the control over your printing that you desire.
The web2print system means that you have your own account to log on to within your individual branded site (BURL) that we have created, where all of your past and present print designs are stored on our secure servers. This allows you to quickly access your literature and stationery to amend or simply send more of the same design to print – as part of print4tomorrow’s unique services you can order the precise amount required; this is much better for costs, storage and, of course, your green credentials, as there is no unnecessary waste.
The whole process, from design to pressing the final “print” button, need only take minutes, and you will have a live preview of your material during the time you are editing it. There can be multiple variable data fields where required on many items which can be quickly and easily changed, meaning you have complete control of your print, from business cards to professional reports or exhibition materials. The option is also provided by print4tomorrow for you to use images from our online image library, or alternatively to instantly upload your own new artwork.
You still get the expertise of our designers who create basic templates and are always on hand to assist you with anything you might require. For example, when it comes to business cards, you could choose either a template designed by us, or upload your own. The variable data fields would then allow you to insert your individual details onto the card so it is completely personalised and fits in with your company’s other corporate designs. Our useful facility for authorising also means that members of your company can log on to your account and order print, but it must be approved by you before the final transaction is completed.
As part of print4tomorrow’s flexible services you will have the option to print as wide-format or lithographic should you want to send a document that is not suitable for digital printing. You can also print an invoice once you have sent your order through, making this service ideal for businesses (but also personal) use.
